The EuroLeague Fantasy Challenge is the EuroLeague’s official free Fantasy game. In 2026-27 it is a single competition running from Round 1 to the Final Four.
The basics this season
- You start with 100 credits to build your squad.
- You can create up to 3 teams and make changes all season.
- Private leagues to play against friends, plus two mini-games: Game Predictor and Fantasy Bracket.
- Top prize: a trip for two to the 2028 Final Four; prizes every round too.
Detailed rules (squad make-up, captain, transfers) live in the official app and can change from season to season. EuroLeague Fantasy Challenge →
How points are scored: PIR
Fantasy points are based on PIR (Performance Index Rating), the EuroLeague’s official efficiency rating:
PIR = points + rebounds + assists + steals + blocks + fouls drawn − missed shots − missed free throws − turnovers − shots blocked − fouls committed
That is why Fantasy rewards all-round players: bigs who rebound and draw fouls, guards who create, and efficient shooters. A high-volume scorer with poor shooting can post a low PIR.
How to pick players each round
- Round PIR projections: who is expected to score most, based on form, opponent and venue.
- Injury Report: never start a player who will not play.
- Form thermometer: who is trending up or down lately.
- Schedule: double-round weeks mean two games and twice the scoring chances.
